Connecting with students, families, caregivers and community partners across Maryland
This spring, the Telecare Services leadership team had the pleasure of attending two amazing community events: the PG County Transitioning Youth Resource Fair at Fairmont Heights High School on April 25 and the xMinds/Autism Society of Maryland 2026 Transition to Adulthood Clinic
We had a great time meeting students, families, caregivers, coordinators, and community partners, and we're grateful to everyone who stopped by our table to say hello, ask questions, and learn more about what we do.
